The slabs are heated in a natural gas fired furnace before processing it through a hot rolling mill. This process reduces the thickness. Once it is cooled, the plate is cut into desired length and the coil is further processed through the cold rolling mills. VKICL offers a range of Hot Rolled Coils with diverse specifications. All our products meet international standards. They fulfil a wide range of market needs like deep drawing, bending, laser cutting, welding and forming. We offer the Hot Rolled Coils in the form of coils and cut to length sheets.
We offer consistent quality and strong hot-rolled steel coils. Meeting all the standards, we have upgraded the steel product grades to deliver efficient end products for customer processes. The high grade carbon versions are specifically used to overcome fatigue performance and wear. Few Hot Rolled Coil grades include HSLA, corten Steel, structural, commercial, pressure vessel etc. The Hot Rolled coils are developed to bridge the gap between affordable and high quality steel products.
